Stephen/Stephen's Solar NWA was great to work with! We worked with him to have Solar installed on our house in Springdale, AR. We had just walked away from another very shady company (who we had found out was being investigated by the Arkansas AG), so I was being very cautious as I contacted Stephen. He quickly put me at ease. He explained the process of going solar, and answered all the questions we had plus some we didn't even know to ask. He was able to answer technical questions (How large of a system? What brand of panels? Microinverters or not?) and business questions (How would the escrow work? How do the tax incentives work? How does billing/Net Metering with the utility work?) He works with a nation-wide installation provider (which has an office in Little Rock) who did an outstanding and professional job. Approximately 33 days after we signed a sales agreement, they had installed a working and approved (by SWEPCO) system on our roof delivering roughly all the power our house needed. Stephen made himself available to answer my questions by phone and text. When we had some trouble getting information from the installer, he worked directly with the company for us and got us the answers/resolution we wanted. He was present during the installation. Stephen is fantastic to work with. He will carefully explain the details about solar and how it can best offset your home's electrical bills. Many salesmen are pushy and then disappear or disconnect with you once the sale is made. Not Stephen. I have contacted him since after the sale to ask for help or just gain a better understanding of how my system should be performing. Stephen was so easy to work with and answered all of my questions. I needed lots of information before making a big decision like this and he provided answers or links to everything I needed. The system is installed and looks great. I have about a month of production data and it is producing as promised. It is nice to see the meter "rolling backwards."
